Drake & Scull International PJSC was established as a limited liability company and thereafter converted to a public joint-stock company in accordance with Federal Law No. (8) Of 1984 and its amendments and Ministerial Resolutions in implementation thereof.
Drake & Scull International PJSC is registered at the Department of Economic Development in Dubai and holds commercial license number 224674 issued on 9 November 1977.
