Chairman
Majid Saif Al Ghurair is the Chief Executive Officer of Al Ghurair Private Company, one of the largest
family-owned conglomerates in the United Arab Emirates, with businesses spanning a broad variety of
industry sectors, including retail, industrial manufacturing and real estate.
With his deep knowledge and insight, he continued to foster development of the Group's key business lines,
and he lends practical expertise to the business conglomerate as:
Managing Director of Gulf Extrusions Co. and Arabian Can Industry
President of BurJuman Centre LLC and Reef Mall
Mr. Al Ghurair serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the following companies:

Gulf Finance Corporation PJSC
Drake & Scull International PJSC
Planet Pharmacies LLC
Dubai Wing
He is also a member of the Board of Directors of:
Emaar Properties PJSC

Moreover, Mr. Al Ghurair is a Board Member in Government Bodies like Dubai Statistics Centre,
Dubai Economic Council and Dubai Financial Support Fund; an active member in International Organizations
like the World Economic Forum & Young Global Leaders.
He was involved in the formation of the Middle East Council of Shopping Centers, and is currently the Chairman
of this organization. He is also the chairman of Dubai Shopping Malls Group.
He was voted "Business Leader Personality of the Year 2004" in the United Arab Emirates.
Majid Saif Al Ghurair holds a B.A in Accounting from Al Ain University.
