MR. TAWFIQ ABU SOUD
Member
As a member of Drake & Scull International PJSC Board of Directors and the Executive Director heading
its Infrastructure, Water & Power(IWP), Tawfiq Abu Soud's key responsibility is to expand DSI’s business,
both vertically and horizontally.
In this time he has overseen multiple areas including leading the regional expansion effort and delivering
highly complex projects under challenging circumstances.
In his current role as Executive Director of IWP, he is responsible for developing and maintaining strong working
relationships with existing, and potential, business partners and identifying opportunities for expansion;
along with stimulating demand for the IWP solutions.
Tawfiq holds an MBA from University of Hull, UK and a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinois
University, U.S.A. He has over 25 years experience in the Oil & Gas and MEP contracting field.
In his previous role with Jordan-based Manco Contracting W.L.L, Tawfiq was regarded as one of the three keys of
the company and was responsible for the entire MEP works of the company.
As the company's longest serving executive with 13 years behind him, Tawfiq has had the opportunity to build,
diversify and expand the divisions and departments that he developed and is now directing.
