Khaldoun Tabari - Vice Chairman
In addition to his role as Chairman of DSI, Majid
Saif Al Ghurair is the Chief Executive Officer of Al
Ghurair Private Company, one of the largest
family-owned conglomerates in the United Arab
Emirates, with businesses in a variety of industry
sectors, including retail, industrial manufacturing
and real estate.
Moreover, Mr. Al-Ghurair is a Board Member in
Government Bodies like Dubai Statistics Centre,
Dubai Economic Council and Dubai Financial
Support Fund and is an active member in
International Organizations such as the World
Economic Forum & Young Global Leaders.
Khaldoun Tabari is the Vice Chairman and CEO
of Drake & Scull International (DSI) PJSC and
has led the development of the company from a
local Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP)
contractor to a regional leader in the construction
industry.
Under Mr. Tabari's leadership, DSI has expanded
the business to include Engineering, Procurement
& Construction (EPC), civil contracting in addition
to the development of design and build
engineering expertise in Infrastructure, Water &
Power (IWP).

Saleh Muradweij - Board Member
A renowned Islamic finance expert, Mohammed
Reda Al-Hashimi founded Zabeel Investments in
February 2006 and has been responsible for its
rapid strategic expansion.
As a member of the Young Arab Leaders
organisation, Mr. Al-Hashemi believes in youth
empowerment and education, particularly early
childhood development and was consequently
named one of the Young Global Leaders in 2008,
recognising his professional accomplishments,
commitment to society and potential to contribute
to shaping the world's future.
Talal Jassim Al Bahar - Board Member
With over six years in the investment sector,
Mr. Talal Jassim Al-Bahar has served in various
positions during his career, starting as Chairman
and Managing Director of Kuwait Invest
Holding Company.
At present, Mr. Al-Bahar has been serving as the
Chairman of International Financial Advisors
(IFA), one of the largest investment companies
listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange, since 1987
and on the Dubai Financial Market since 2005.
He is also Vice Chairman and CEO of IFA Hotels
& Resorts.
With more than twenty-five years of project
development experience in banking, finance,
investment, hotels and tourism industries Yusuf
Al-Nowais has been actively involved in the
setting up and acquisition of businesses, primarily
in the Gulf and the Middle East.
After undertaking various roles during his career in
the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC)
and the Emirates Holding Group Mr. Al-Nowais
currently holds the position of Chairman and
Managing Director of Arab Development, a
family-owned business group.
With nearly 20 years of successful professional
experience throughout the GCC and the Levant,
Saleh Muradweij is Executive Director of Drake &
Scull Construction L.L.C (DSC), the civil
construction arm of Drake & Scull International
(DSI). As Executive Director of DSC, he is
responsible for developing and maintaining strong
relationships with business partners and
identifying opportunities for expansion, along with
stimulating demand for the company's solutions.
Prior to joining DSC, Mr. Muradweij has held
numerous managerial, positions in consulting,
project
management,
and
operational
management within the and contracting sectors of
the UAE, KSA, Jordan, Lebanon and Kuwait.
Tawfiq Abu Soud, the Executive Director of Drake &
Scull Water and Power (DSWP) - the IWP division
of DSI - has over 25 years of experience in the Oil &
Gas and MEP contracting field. In this time he has
overseen multiple areas including leading the
regional expansion effort and delivering highly
complex projects under challenging circumstances.
As the company's longest serving executive with
13 years behind him, Mr. Abu Soud has had the
opportunity to build, diversify and expand the
divisions and departments that he developed and is
now directing.
Ivor Mark Goldsmith - Board Member
Ivor Mark Goldsmith is an engineering
construction industry professional with 40 years'
experience, having undertaken leading strategic
business and technical development initiatives
over the past 20 years.
Mr. Goldsmith has experience in all of the major
roles within the construction industry both in the
UK and overseas, including consultancy, prime
contractor, major project design and build,
technology solutions and long-term facilities
management and outsourcing.
Jamal Saeed Saleh Al-Nuaimi - Board Member
Since beginning his career 16 years ago, Jamal
Al-Nuaimi has undertaken various roles within the
operations division of Abu Dhabi-based Amiri
Flight. More recently, Mr. Al-Nuaimi was appointed
General Manager of Etisalat in 2008, providing
comprehensive leadership and direction for
effective operations in the region.
In addition to his role on the DSI Board of
Directors, Mr. Al-Nuaimi has served as a board
member for companies spanning across a number
of industries such as the Abu Dhabi Tatween
Council Al Jazeera Capital Sports Club and Siraj
Islamic Financing.
