DSI was listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) in XXX 2008.
In line with our “growth strategy” DSI is committed to expand across the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region and into new customer segments through selective acquisitions and joint ventures as well as internally to develop new opportunities in its industry.

Following a public sale of the company’s shares, the company is owned 55% by the public shareholders and 45% by the founding shareholders.
The company trades on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), under its trade name “DSI”.
