Subsidiaries
Drake & Scull International PJSC subsidiaries work together to bring their customers superior service, anytime, anywhere and share a common characteristic: their ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
At the time of the listing on the DFM DSI PJSC owned Drake & Scull International Abu Dhabi LLC, which operates in the MEP contracting sector and Gulf Technical Construction Company (GTCC), a U.A.E-based company which is engaged in civil contracting.
During 2009, and in accordance with the company’s growth strategy to expand vertically and horizontally (organically and inorganically), DSI PJSC established Drake & Scull International Thailand, Drake & Scull International Jordan and Drake & Scull International Libya in addition to GTCC Abu Dhabi.
In November 2009, DSI PJSC acquired 82% of Passavant-Roediger, a German company, providing global wastewater, water and sludge treatment technologies with over 5,000 installations and a presence in 13 countries across Europe, Middle East, North Africa and Asia.
In December 2009, DSI PJSC acquired 75% of “Drake & Scull International for Electrical Contracting”, a prominent player in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) contracting in Kuwait.
In January 2010, Drake & Scull International established a new subsidiary to take on the company’s current and future water & power projects, under the name Drake & Scull Water & Power L.L.C. (DSWP).
