Mr. Khaldoun Rashid Tabari

Mr. Khaldoun Rashid Tabari is an Executive board member and is the Vice Chairman and the CEO of Drake & Scull International (DSI) PJSC.
Over the last 12 years, Mr. Tabari has led the development of DSI from a local MEP contractor to a regional leader providing fully-integrated services that have come to include civil construction and water and power and water, wastewater and sludge treatment solutions.
Mr. Tabari also serves as a board member for EMCOR Facilities Services Group (ME), Walltech; Cedar Mills, Jordan Fleet Leasing Company; First Qatar Real Estate and Energy Central in Bahrain

Mr. Naser Yaseen
Regional Operations Director |
Naser Yaseen is the Regional Operations Director at Drake & Scull International. As an industry veteran with over 22 years of experience in the Middle East, Naser oversees the functional requirements of DSI’s operations in the region and also monitors their compliance with standard DSI policy and procedures as set out by the QHSE department.
Naser holds a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kuwait where he graduated with honours. He also hold undertook advanced (Master level) Courses in Engineering: Heat Transfer, Fluid mechanics & CAD at the Jordanian University for Science & Technology.

Mr. Ahmad Al Naser
Regional Operations Director |
Ahmad Al Naser is the Regional Operations Director for DSI Abu Dhabi. Ahmad has worked on several high profile projects in the Middle East, in the last twenty years, and directs the operations for a number of aggregate projects in an assigned geographic area. He is responsible for developing the overall operations plan and handles budgeting, production planning, staffing, and inventory levels.
He holds a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from the University Of Jordan and is a Member of Jordan Engineering Association. He also holds membership of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration & Air conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
