Internal policies and guidelines are consistent with our purpose and values, which comply with the laws, regulations that govern our business operations. The Code of Conduct applies to all employees, temporary workers and other independent contractors and consultants when engaged by, or otherwise representing the company and our interests. The management at DSI has established, implemented, and continues to maintain a documented internal audit procedure which ensures that all departments and project sites are regularly audited in order to determine whether their management conforms to the requirements of DSI PJSC manuals, policies and procedures, international standards, local laws & regulations and contractual agreements. We are also subject to an external audit by a third party for Quality Health Safety & Environment (QHSE) and financial auditing to ensure compliance to the international standards and global best practices.
