· Prepare and verify MEP quantities from drawings, BOQs, site progress and approved records.
· Support interim payment applications, variations, change records, claims support and cost reporting.
· Review subcontractor measurements, payment certificates, variation submissions and supporting documentation.
· Coordinate with engineers, planning, procurement and commercial teams to track progress and cost impact.
· Maintain quantity records, measurement sheets, variation logs, subcontractor logs and commercial backup documents.
· Assist in procurement comparisons, material take-offs and cost analysis for MEP packages.
· Support close-out of final accounts and commercial handover documentation.
› Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
› Minimum 5 years of MEP quantity surveying experience in contracting projects.
› Strong understanding of MEP drawings, BOQ measurement, payment applications, variations and subcontractor billing.
› Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection quantities.
› Strong Excel, documentation, commercial reporting and coordination skills.
› Ability to work with site and commercial teams under strict submission deadlines.
› UAE/GCC contracting experience.
› Knowledge of FIDIC conditions, CESMM/POMI or relevant measurement standards.
› Experience using Candy, CostX, ERP or similar commercial systems.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR (MEP)
