Role Description

We are looking for an independent and technically strong Planning Engineer with excellent hands-on knowledge of Primavera P6 and UAE construction experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently develop, update and monitor Baseline, Revised and Recovery Programmes in Primavera P6.

• Resource & Cost Loading – Mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of WBS, CPM logic, Critical Path, float analysis, progress measurement, and recovery planning.

• Integrate Engineering, Procurement, Construction, MEP, T&C and Handover activities into the programme.

• Prepare look-ahead programmes, S-curves, manpower histograms, dashboards and weekly/monthly reports.

• Monitor delays and support EOT, delay analysis and time-impact assessments.

• Coordinate independently with Project, Construction, MEP, Procurement and Commercial teams.

• Review and integrate subcontractor programmes.

• Good understanding of authority approvals, NOCs, inspections, utility connections, and completion/handover requirements.

• Experience with RAK authorities, Dubai authorities, Trakhees and Nakheel requirements is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering / construction management or related discipline.

 

Experience: 3–5 Years

Primavera P6: Advanced proficiency – Mandatory

UAE Construction Experience: Preferred

 

The candidate must be capable of independently handling complete project planning and scheduling activities with minimal supervision.
