Progress with Purpose. Growth with Accountability.
Our operations are grounded in a rigorous commitment to sustainability. Supported by a resilient institutional foundation and a legacy distinguished by engineering discipline, we remain oriented toward long-range environmental and infrastructural objectives. DSI conducts its activities with accountability and full procedural clarity, continually adapting to the shifting demands of global resource and regulatory dynamics.
The company has progressed from conventional ecological practices to the systematic integration of advanced Water Re-Use and Energy Re-Use technologies, addressing resource scarcity through coordinated, high-efficiency frameworks. PASSAVANT Energy & Environment has expanded its mandate from traditional EPC delivery toward fully integrated resource-optimization models. This evolution encompasses comprehensive operational oversight, tailored financial facilitation, and end-to-end enhancement of water and energy systems within a unified, performance-driven architecture.
Our global responsibilities form an integral part of our operational philosophy. We maintain a consistent commitment to advancing the welfare of the communities in which we function, while contributing to sustained social, economic, and infrastructural development across international spheres.

We place a great emphasis on sustainability. With our strong foundation and our rich, enduring legacy of excellence, we always remain focused on our vision for the future. DSI acts responsibly and we practice our business with transparency. As the world continues to transform, we will continue to meet the challenges and overcome the obstacles that come with these changes.
The Drake & Scull Foundation is an imperative part of our commitment to improving the conditions of society and empowering people to achieve their dreams. The foundation supports several causes from around the world and offers both financial and moral assistance to various charities and societies in the region.
The rationale behind the “Lend a Hand” idea was to go beyond only donating material items and to truly and actively make a difference by enabling employees to contribute with their skills and expertise. This way, the foundation can be personally involved within these communities.
Since its establishment, the Drake & Scull Foundation has worked closely with the Mustaqbali Foundation (for children in Palestine), Rashid Pediatric Centre, American University of Sharjah, Emirates Association for the Blind, and the Al Noor Charity.
The DSI Foundation continues to identify opportunities and partners who can benefit from its encouragement and assistance.
